Number 3

A man was fighting a lion. The lion roared, farted, and wagged its tail. They asked: Why do you roar? It said: So the man will be afraid. They asked: Why do you fart? It said: Because I am afraid. They asked: Why do you wag your tail? It said: I am looking for someone to make peace between us.
Explanation: This is a comic prose anecdote, not verse; the humor lies in the lion's contradictory bravado and fear.
