All their lives these men have patched worn rags together,
scraping out a bare living through a thousand tricks.
On the day of judgment, for all their sins,
perhaps they won't be burned, for they have already burned.

مردان همه عمر پاره بردوختهاند
قوتی به هزار حیله اندوختهاند
فردای قیامت به گناه ایشان را
شاید که نسوزند که خود سوختهاند
