Abu al-Mu'ayyad Rownaqi Bukhara'i

رونقی بخارایی

914–962

Abu al-Mu'ayyad Rownaqi Bukhara'i was a poet of the early fourth century AH and the Samanid era. Manuchehri counted Rownaqi among the five foremost poets of the city of Bukhara. His poems were made available on Ganjoor through the efforts of Majid Emamverdi, drawing on the book of scattered verses of Persian-language poets compiled by Gilbert Lazard, as well as the account of the lives and poems of poets without divans in the third, fourth, and fifth centuries AH, edited by Mahmoud Modabberi.
