But that ruler, Dragon-Son, was deeply unjust and wicked. In that age there was a prince of the Zakminian line whom they called Kavus the king. He was king over Ahvaz and Pars, and made his home in Parzegrad. The Dragon gave him his own daughter, for he was a conqueror of noble Zakminian stock. That daughter's name was Faramiz, though the common people called her Mandaneh.
